Important: 247Snip is an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to eBay Inc. We use eBay's official APIs under their developer program.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
247Snip uses eBay's OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication. We never receive, store, or have access to your eBay password. You grant us limited access to place bids and retrieve auction information on your behalf.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.
By scheduling a snipe bid through 247Snip, you authorize us to place that bid on your behalf on eBay at the specified time. Once scheduled, you are committing to bid up to your maximum amount.
We make commercially reasonable efforts to place your bids at the scheduled time. However, we cannot guarantee bid placement due to factors including but not limited to:
If you win an auction through 247Snip, you are bound by eBay's User Agreement and must complete the transaction according to eBay's policies. 247Snip is not responsible for the completion, fulfillment, or any disputes related to won auctions.
Coins consumed for scheduled bids are non-refundable, regardless of whether the bid is successfully placed or whether you win the auction.
247Snip operates on a pay-per-use coin system. You purchase coins which are then consumed when scheduling snipe bids.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect coins already purchased.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment card information.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your use of 247Snip.

The 247Snip application, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by 247Snip and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal purposes only.
247Snip integrates with eBay's services. Your use of eBay through 247Snip is subject to eBay's User Agreement and policies. We are not responsible for eBay's services, policies, or any changes they make to their platform or APIs.
247Snip is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service.
While we strive for reliable bid placement, we cannot guarantee that all bids will be placed successfully or at the exact intended time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 247Snip and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for coins in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Upon termination, your right to use 247Snip ceases immediately. Scheduled bids may be cancelled, and unused coins are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of 247Snip after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where 247Snip is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of 247Snip shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 247Snip.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, or failures of internet infrastructure.
